What is the ordering process?

The ordering process consists of 3 simple steps:

1.  Confirm Order: Contact our customer service to confirm the product model, specifications, quantity, and shipping address. You will receive a final quotation including shipping costs.
2.  Deposit & Production: Pay a 30% deposit of the total order value. Production will be arranged immediately, with a standard lead time of approximately 10-20 days.
3.  Balance Payment & Shipment: Once production is complete, we will arrange a video inspection of the goods. After you pay the remaining balance, we will proceed with the shipment.

International sea freight time varies depending on the destination port, typically taking 20-60 days. The total delivery time (production + shipping) is estimated to be 30-80 days.

What payment methods are supported?

We support two main payment methods.

The first is direct bank transfer, including International Wire Transfer, WeChat Pay/Alipay QR code payments, and domestic transfers to our corporate or personal bank accounts in China.

The other is Alibaba Trade Assurance. You can complete payment via a secure payment link using PayPal, credit cards, or debit cards. This method is straightforward and your transaction security is guaranteed by the platform.

What shipping service options do you provide, and how are the costs calculated?

We provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door service to most regions worldwide. Our quotation already includes all costs to your address.

We also support other terms like CIF or FOB. If you have a preferred freight forwarder, we can deliver the goods to your designated warehouse free of charge.

The specific shipping cost is calculated individually based on the volume of your order and the destination address.

Can the product packaging ensure safety during long-distance transportation?

We provide standard export packaging, which uses reinforced cartons strengthened with wooden crates. This meets the requirements for regular sea freight.

For long-distance shipments with multiple transshipments or when higher protection is needed, you can opt for a paid upgrade to fully enclosed wooden cases for more comprehensive protection.

What specific aspects of the product support customization?

You can customize the product dimensions, leather color, and add logos to meet your OEM/ODM requirements.

We can also customize the plug and voltage to suit your region, and install various functional components such as Bluetooth speakers, phone holders, and ambient lighting.

There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) for customization services; you can place an order for a single unit.

Is there a warranty for the products?

The main structural components come with a 2-year quality warranty. For any malfunctions not caused by human factors during this period, we will provide free replacement parts and cover the shipping costs.

Can I visit the company and see the physical products?

We have an experience showroom of over 2,000 square meters in Foshan, China, displaying physical samples of various salon furniture. You are welcome to schedule a visit.

Can you provide a complete product catalog with all prices?

We apologize, but we cannot provide a fixed product price list. There are numerous product models, and each model has different specifications and configurations, resulting in varying prices.

Additionally, international shipping costs, taxes, and other fees differ significantly based on the delivery address, which directly affects the final total price.
